Questions about this item

How do I clean the Elsie Soft Cow plush without damaging the bean weighting?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry thoroughly; the internal beans are sealed inside the polyester fill and will not leak if the seams stay intact.

Will the amber eyes or pink nose come loose after repeated hugging?

The eyes and nose are securely stitched during the Douglas Cuddle Toys manufacturing process and are designed to remain attached through normal play.

At what age does the plush stop being safe for a child?

The toy is rated safe for all ages over 24 months; there is no upper age limit, so it remains suitable as the child grows.
