Travel-Ready 9-Inch Bear

Bruno the Brown Bear is a compact plush companion measuring 9 by 7 by 9 inches. Designed in Keene, New Hampshire by a maker with over 60 years of experience, he features chocolate brown fur, a tan snout, amber eyes, and a bean-filled seated body for huggable comfort.

Suitable for Ages Two and Up

This stuffed animal is safety tested for children over 24 months and is machine washable for easy care. Its small size makes it ideal for backpacks and travel, but buyers wanting a larger floor-sized bear or a toy for infants under two years should consider other options.

Compact Capacity for Everyday Play

The nine-inch stature fits easily into day bags, car seats, and overnight luggage without adding bulk. Bean weighting gives a satisfying heft for cuddling while seated, though the toy cannot stand upright on its own and offers no internal storage or interactive features beyond tactile comfort.

Questions about this item

Does this bear need batteries or any electronic accessories to work?

No electronic parts are included; the bear is a traditional plush toy with a bean-filled body that requires no power source or extra components.

Can the 9-inch seated bear sit on a shelf alongside larger vintage plush toys without tipping over?

The seated pose and bean-weighted bottom give it a stable base so it stays upright next to bigger or older stuffed animals on a flat surface.

How can I confirm the plush is safe for a toddler after I take it out of the packaging?

Check the sewn-in label for the 24-month age rating and the machine-washable care instructions that confirm it meets the stated safety standard.
