Soft Fox Lovey for Infants

This 16-inch Fox Sshlumpie from Douglas Cuddle Toys is a lightweight plush lovey designed for babies from birth. Embroidered facial features and machine-washable construction keep it safe for everyday handling. The Shy Little Fox character uses satin accents and green piping on a woodland print to engage developing senses. Designed in Keene, New Hampshire by a maker with over 60 years of experience.

19-Inch Length with Safety Margins

The toy measures 19 inches (48 cm) long, giving enough surface for small hands to grasp and cuddle without being bulky. It exceeds U.S. ASTM F963-17 and European EN-71 toy safety requirements, providing headroom above the baseline standards. The soft body and secure stitching hold up to repeated machine washing. No hard parts or loose components are present.

Replaces Basic Blankets and Unverified Plush

This lovey upgrades from plain receiving blankets that lack sensory details or from plush toys without certified safety testing. The jump is worth it when parents want a single item that combines tactile variety, verified safety compliance and easy laundering. Buyers who need a larger play mat or a toy with electronic features will not find those functions here.

Questions about this item

Will the 16 inch Fox Sshlumpie fit alongside larger plush toys already in the nursery?
