Henry the Floppy Highland Cow

Henry is a plush Highland cow designed by Douglas Cuddle Toys in Keene, New Hampshire. He measures 12 inches and features a floppy body with extended legs for a relaxed posture. The toy is safe for children over 24 months and is machine washable. It suits anyone wanting a soft, comforting companion for lounging or imaginative play.

Capacity and everyday use

At 12.5 × 9.5 × 11 inches, Henry fits easily on a bed, shelf, or in a child's arms without dominating the space. His size offers enough presence for cuddling while remaining light enough for small hands to carry. The dimensions suit indoor play and display but are not intended for rough outdoor use. Buyers needing a larger statement piece or a toy for very young infants should look elsewhere.

Build quality and daily care

Douglas Cuddle Toys has produced engaging plush for over 60 years, and Henry reflects that experience with soft features and durable stitching. The machine-washable construction simplifies cleaning after everyday adventures. His floppy design means he lacks rigid structure, so he will not stand upright on his own. Collectors seeking a firm, poseable figure or a toy with internal wiring will not find that here.

Questions about this item

Will the 12.5 × 9.5 × 11 in size fit on a shelf with my older 12-inch plush toys?

The 12.5 × 9.5 × 11 in dimensions are close to standard 12-inch plush sizing, so Henry should sit comfortably alongside similar-sized toys on most shelves.

How can I tell the floppy legs and body are sitting correctly after I take Henry out of the box?

Henry should rest in a relaxed pose with his extended legs splayed naturally and his soft features lying flat, matching the floppy, easygoing design shown in product photos.

Does the box include any accessories or do I need to buy a separate cleaning product for the machine-washable fabric?

Henry ships as a single 12-inch plush with no extra accessories; the machine-washable fabric only needs mild detergent you likely already have at home.
