Holiday-themed plush pup for gift-givers

The Douglas Toys Peppermint Nutcracker Prince Pup is an 8-inch stuffed animal dressed in teal and pale-blue nutcracker attire. It is designed in Keene, New Hampshire by a company with over 60 years of plush-making experience. The ultra-soft materials make it appealing for holiday displays or everyday cuddling. Suitable for children over 24 months, it offers a festive character for seasonal gifting.

Replaces generic holiday toys

This plush upgrades from mass-produced seasonal novelties by offering a specific nutcracker prince character created by established designers. The jump is worth it when a buyer wants a recognizable holiday figure backed by decades of manufacturing heritage rather than an anonymous decoration. Surface-washable construction helps the toy maintain its appearance through repeated handling. It serves collectors who value brand provenance in holiday-themed soft toys.

Holds shape and texture through regular play

Ultra-soft plush fabrics retain their feel during sustained handling by young children. Surface-washable care allows the toy to stay clean without machine agitation that could distort stuffing or seams. The 8-inch scale remains manageable for small hands during extended play sessions. Materials chosen by a 60-year specialist resist matting better than basic synthetic fills under daily use.

Questions about this item

How large is the plush and what clearance does it need on a shelf?

The toy measures 8 inches tall, so allow at least that much vertical space plus a small margin for the nutcracker hat and ears.

What is the correct way to clean the surface without damaging the ultra-soft plush?

Use a damp cloth with mild soap on the surface only; do not submerge the toy or put it in a washing machine.

After long-term display, what part of the plush is most likely to show wear first?

The teal and pale blue fabric on the muzzle and paws tends to mat first from handling; gentle brushing restores the pile.
