Scent Booster for Laundry

Downy Blends Soft & Fresh In-Wash Scent Booster Beads add fragrance and softness in a single step during the wash cycle. The Toasted Vanilla variant delivers a warm scent with creamy, toasted vanilla notes. The 5.9 oz bottle is designed for direct placement in the washer drum before starting a load. It works with all fabric types and any washing machine.

Best for Simple Scent Routines

This product suits households that want a combined softening and scent boost without separate additives. It is not for users who prefer liquid fabric softener added to the dispenser drawer. Buyers needing a dryer sheet or a fragrance-free softener should look elsewhere. The beads must go directly in the drum, not in the liquid dispenser or dryer.

Fits Any Wash Day

The beads integrate into a regular laundry routine by replacing separate softener and scent products. They require a washing machine and a standard wash cycle to dissolve and release fragrance. No special machine features, dispenser types, or water temperatures are needed. Using them frees up the liquid dispenser for detergent only.
