Portable Cordless Neck Massager

The DQXC AM01 is a cordless neck massager weighing 300 grams and designed for hands-free use with an integrated strap. It brings 4D bionic Shiatsu kneading and dual-zone heat to home, office or travel without a cable. The built-in LED screen lets you select modes quickly. It suits anyone wanting a personal massage device they can move between rooms or pack in a bag.

Thermals Noise and Battery Life

Dual-zone heat adheres close to the skin for steady warmth while the 4D mechanism kneads. The unit draws up to 2000 watt-hours from its internal battery, giving extended cordless sessions before a recharge is needed. No fan or active cooling is described, so operation stays quiet enough for shared spaces. The plastic housing remains comfortable during typical use.

Upgrade From Wired or Basic Models

This massager replaces plug-in shiatsu units that tether you to a wall outlet and single-speed rollers that cannot mimic thumb pressure. The jump is worth it when you need true cordless freedom, adjustable heat zones and a lightweight wrap-around design you can wear while working or walking. Buyers who need clinical-grade intensity or medical certification should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I put the AM01 on and what is the step people forget?

Wrap the unit around your neck, fasten the built-in strap so the massage heads sit on the trapezius muscles, then press the power button on the LED screen — the step often missed is adjusting the strap tight enough for the dual heat zones to maintain skin contact.

What part will need replacement after months of daily use?

The internal rechargeable battery is the component that degrades first; after several hundred charge cycles the 2000 watt-hour capacity drops and the unit will hold less runtime per charge.

What limit appears first during a long continuous session?

The 300-gram device relies on passive cooling; after roughly 25 minutes of continuous 4D shiatsu and dual-zone heat the housing reaches its thermal limit and the motor automatically reduces intensity.
