Scale and Purpose

This 1/72 scale plastic model reproduces the German Sd.Kfz.164 Hornisse "Nashorn" armored vehicle in the NEO Dragon Armor series. It is made for adult collectors and military-history enthusiasts who want a true-to-scale display piece without assembly. The model arrives in a sealed box inside a protective showcase.

Sustained Display Quality

Pad-printed markings resist fading and peeling far longer than traditional decals, so the finish remains accurate after years on a shelf. The sealed display case shields the detailed exterior from dust and handling, preserving the pristine condition that defines a collector-grade item.

Upgrade Path

This limited-edition release replaces earlier Hornisse kits that required glue, paint and decal work. The jump is worth it for buyers who want a finished, museum-quality replica immediately, but not for hobbyists who enjoy building and customising their own models.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/72 Hornisse need any glue or paint to finish?

Will the 3.5 inch long 1/72 Hornisse fit on the same shelf as my older 1/72 armour models?

Does the display case protect the pad-printed markings from fading?

Yes, the included showcase shields the pad-printed markings from dust and light, keeping them from fading or peeling.
