Product identity
The DreamSky DS313 is a 6.1 in digital alarm clock designed for bedroom use. It shows time, date, weekday and indoor temperature on a 5 inch LCD screen. A USB port is provided for charging external devices. The unit runs from mains power with a button cell backup to retain settings.
Deciding specification
The clock has no radio function and offers only a single beeping alarm with non‑adjustable volume. Auto‑set downloads USA time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST, AST, HAT, AKT, NST) and handles DST automatically. Buyers who want radio playback or multiple independent alarms should look elsewhere.
Installation and pitfalls
Plug the clock into a wall outlet, select your time zone and set the wake‑up time. Brightness has six manual levels plus an auto‑dimmer, but adjustment requires mains power; on backup battery the display only lights briefly when a button is pressed. The fixed alarm volume may be too loud or too quiet for some sleepers.
