This nACo Blue annular cutter is built for metalworkers who need fast, clean holes in steel, cast iron, heated steel and stainless steel. The nano-composite coating extends tool life by up to 30% over standard high-speed steel cutters. It is designed exclusively for magnetic drill presses and will not work in a hand drill or conventional drill press.

Build Integration

The 3/4" Weldon shank fits most magnetic drill presses, letting the cutter engage directly without an adaptor. Because it removes only the hole perimeter, it reduces material waste and lowers the power demand on the mag drill. The included pilot pin centers the cut and ejects the slug automatically.

Included Extras

The supplied pilot pin aligns the cutter at the start of each hole and pushes the finished slug clear, so the operator does not need to stop and clear it manually. This keeps the workflow continuous and protects the cutting edges from impact damage during slug removal.
