Purpose and Fit

The Drill America ANC5-530-213 is a 9/16" annular cutter with a 2" depth of cut, coated in nACo Nano-Composite Blue for extended life. It is designed for magnetic drill presses with a 3/4" Weldon shank and includes a pilot pin for alignment.

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

Metalworkers cutting steel, cast iron, heated steel or stainless steel will benefit from the coating that increases tool life up to 30% compared to traditional HSS cutters. It is not for buyers needing a hand-drill accessory, a different shank size, or a cutter without the Proposition 65 chemical warning.

Installation Notes

The 3/4" Weldon shank fits most magnetic drill presses directly; insert the supplied pilot pin before cutting. Do not use with a standard hand drill or drill press, as the cutter is built for mag-drill rigidity only.
