The Drill America ANC5-530-233 is a nACo Blue coated annular cutter designed for magnetic drill presses. It targets metalworkers who need fast, clean holes in steel, cast iron and stainless steels. The nano-composite coating extends tool life by up to 30 per cent over traditional high-speed steel cutters. It is not suited for users without a magnetic drill press.

3/4 Inch Weldon Shank Magnetic Drill Fit

The cutter uses a 3/4 inch Weldon shank that fits most magnetic drill presses, also called mag drills. It must not be used with a standard hand drill or conventional drill press. The design cuts only the necessary material perimeter for efficient hole making. Buyers who need a different shank size or hand-drill compatibility cannot use this tool.

Pilot Pin Included Simple Setup

A pilot pin is supplied with the cutter to simplify alignment and ejection on a magnetic drill press. Installation requires securing the shank in the mag drill chuck and inserting the pin.
