1-1/4" nACo Coated Cutter

The Drill America ANC5-530-345 is a 1-1/4" x 3" annular cutter with a blue nACo nano-composite coating. It is designed for magnetic drill presses using a 3/4" Weldon shank. The M2 high-speed steel construction cuts only the necessary material for efficient hole making in steel, cast iron, and stainless steels. A pilot pin is included for alignment.

Sustained cutting performance

The nACo nano-coating provides extra protection against tool wear and high heat during prolonged operation. This coating increases tool life up to 30% compared to traditional HSS annular cutters under similar conditions. It maintains cutting efficiency when processing difficult materials including heated steels. The design reduces the volume of material removed, lowering sustained load on the machine.

Magnetic drill press exclusivity

This accessory fits most magnetic drill presses via its 3/4" Weldon shank but cannot be used with standard hand drills or conventional drill presses.
