Drill America ANC5-530-351 Cutter

The Drill America ANC5-530-351 is a 1-3/8" X 3" annular cutter with nACo Nano-Composite Blue coating. It is designed for metalworkers who need to cut difficult materials such as steel, cast iron, heated steel and stainless steel. The coating increases tool life by up to 30% compared to traditional HSS cutters. The M2 high-speed steel construction cuts only necessary material for fast, efficient hole making.

3/4" Weldon Shank Compatibility

This cutter features a 3/4" Weldon shank that fits most magnetic drill presses, also called mag drills. It must be used with a magnetic drill press only and is not compatible with standard hand drills or drill presses. The design frees the operator from removing excess material, speeding up the hole-making process in structural fabrication and maintenance tasks.

Included Pilot Pin

The package includes a pilot pin that aligns the cutter and ejects the slug after drilling. This accessory ensures accurate hole placement and simplifies the workflow by removing the need for separate slug extraction.
