Drill America nACo Blue Annular Cutter

The Drill America ANC5-530-381 is a 2-inch by 3-inch annular cutter designed for magnetic drill presses. Its nACo nano-composite coating extends tool life by up to 30 percent over traditional high-speed steel cutters. The 3/4-inch Weldon shank fits most mag drills. It is not for use with standard hand drills or drill presses.

Sustained cutting in steel and stainless alloys

The M2 high-speed steel body and nano coating resist wear and high heat during prolonged cuts in steel, cast iron, heated steel and stainless steel. The cutter removes only the necessary material, keeping the tool cooler and maintaining efficiency over long runs. A pilot pin is included to aid alignment and ejection. Installation requires a magnetic drill press with a 3/4-inch Weldon chuck; the cutter will not mount in a standard hand drill or drill press.
