Guacamelee! 2 is a downloadable Metroidvania action-platformer for PC, delivered as a Steam activation code. Players control luchador Juan Aguacate in a hand-crafted world inspired by Mexican folklore. The game requires a free third-party Steam account to activate and play. It released on August 20, 2018.

New Moves and Chicken Powers

The sequel adds new abilities such as Eagle Boost and Pollo Shot to expand combat and traversal options. Chicken form receives additional powers for platforming, combat and exploration. These mechanics combine with doubled enemy variety and new boss encounters to extend the moveset beyond the original game.
