Pull-On Heel Traction Device

The Due North V3550570-S is a pull-on traction device that covers the heel area of footwear. It is sized S and fits men's shoe sizes 3 to 7 and women's sizes 4 to 8. The unisex design is intended for individuals needing extra grip on icy or snowy outdoor surfaces.

Tungsten Carbide Studs

The single specification that decides suitability is the tungsten carbide stud traction material. These studs penetrate hard-packed ice and snow to provide bite where rubber soles alone would slide. Buyers who need full-sole coverage or a different attachment method should look elsewhere.

Rubber Upper and Pull-On Fit

The rubber upper stretches over the heel and secures the studs without buckles or straps. This pull-on style allows the device to be fitted or removed quickly while wearing gloves. The package contains one pair ready for immediate use on winter surfaces.

Questions about this item

How does the heel-only coverage perform when I walk on icy pavement?

The studs sit under the heel so each step digs into ice or packed snow while the forefoot stays free for normal flex.

What does the pull-on attachment mean for putting them on over my boots?

Stretch the rubber upper over the toe and pull back until the heel cup seats — no straps or buckles to adjust.

Will the size S fit a men's 6.5 running shoe without tearing the rubber?

Size S covers men's 3 to 7 and women's 4 to 8, so a men's 6.5 falls inside the stated range.
