16-piece M3 tube clamp kit

This set contains sixteen stainless-steel U-brackets sized for M3 (1/8") outer-diameter tubing. Each bracket measures 24.5 x 6.5 x 2.9 mm with a 19 mm hole-centre distance and 3.5 mm mounting holes. The polished finish resists corrosion and deformation in industrial, construction or household installations. Fastening screws are not supplied.

Sustained-load behaviour

The reinforced rib design and carbon-steel construction maintain clamping force under continuous vibration or thermal cycling. Stainless-steel material prevents rust creep that can loosen lesser brackets over time. A soft gasket between clamp and pipe is recommended to distribute pressure evenly and protect the tube surface during long-term service.

Upgrade path and fitment

Replaces loose plastic ties or single-hole straps that allow pipe walk on M3 lines. The jump is worthwhile when a rigid, repeatable 19 mm mounting pattern is required on walls, floors or machinery frames. Not suited for larger-diameter tubing, non-M3 pipe sizes or applications needing integrated vibration-damping inserts.
