Digital multimeter for electrical testing
The DURFICST FY123 is a 6000 count true RMS multimeter designed for technicians and DIY users who need to measure AC and DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, continuity, ambient temperature, diode function, live wire status and non-contact voltage. It covers a maximum of 600V AC or DC and includes an LCD backlight plus a built-in flashlight for low-light environments.
Thermal behaviour and power consumption
The meter operates in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 and stores safely between -10 and 60. It draws power from a battery that triggers a low-voltage indicator when depleted, and the auto-shutdown feature turns the unit off after five minutes of inactivity to conserve energy. Overload protection is included to guard the instrument during normal use.
Smart mode and accessories
In smart auto mode the FY123 automatically detects and measures AC or DC voltage, resistance, short circuit and frequency without manual range selection. The package supplies test leads and a K-type temperature probe so the listed temperature function works immediately. A data-hold button freezes readings on the 6000 count display for convenient recording.

Questions about this item
How do I insert the batteries and which polarity is correct?
Open the rear battery compartment, insert the required cells following the polarity markings inside, then close the cover; the meter shows a low-battery indicator when voltage drops.
Which user-replaceable part will need attention after extended use?
The internal fuse protecting the current ranges is the only user-replaceable consumable; replace it with the same rating if the meter stops reading current.
At what temperature does the specified accuracy stop being guaranteed?
The 0.1 % per degree temperature coefficient is defined up to 28 °C; above that the meter still operates to 40 °C but the stated accuracy is no longer assured.
