Rectangular 12V LiFePO4 battery pack with LED indicator and T1 terminals

DUSLAN

DUSLAN 12V 5Ah 60Wh LiFePO4 Battery with LED Indicator

SKU CH-4K7W-82X37

12 V 5 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack with LED capacity indicator replaces 12 V 4.5 Ah sealed lead-acid units

  • Battery typeBattery Pack
  • LED indicator displays charge level at a glance
  • LiFePO4 chemistry delivers over 1000 cycles at 80% capacity
  • Built-in PCB limits current to 10 A and guards against overcharge, over-discharge and short circuits
  • Direct drop-in replacement for 12 V 4.5 Ah SLA batteries with lighter weight
  • UN 38.3 certified for safe transport and handling

Replacement for 12V 4.5Ah SLA

This 12.8V LiFePO4 pack replaces a 12V 4.5Ah sealed lead-acid battery. It delivers 5.0Ah at 60Wh and weighs 1.5 lbs. The T1 terminals match common SLA footprints. Buyers who need a different terminal style or a higher voltage platform cannot use this pack.

10A PCB-limited discharge current

The on-board protection circuit caps continuous discharge at 10A and trips at 40A. Over-charge protection activates above 15.6V and over-discharge cuts off at 9.6V. Systems that regularly draw more than 10A will see the pack shut down.

5.0Ah capacity with >1000 cycles

At the rated 5.0Ah the pack runs modest loads such as alarm panels or small UPS units for many cycles. The LED indicator shows full, mid or low state of charge. Applications needing longer runtime per charge or faster than 2.5A recharge will exceed the practical limits of this unit.

Questions about this item

What does the 60 Wh rating actually deliver in a real device?

The pack stores 60 Wh at 12.8 V working voltage, giving roughly 5 Ah of usable energy before the 9.6 V cut-off engages.

What does the 10 A PCB limit mean for the T1 terminals in practice?

The built-in PCB caps continuous discharge at 10 A and shorts at 40 A, so the T1 terminals never see more than the rated 10 A load.

Will the 90 × 70 × 101 mm case fit the same slot as a 12 V 4.5 Ah SLA?

At 3.5 × 2.75 × 4 inches it matches the footprint of the 4.5 Ah SLA it replaces, while weighing only 1.5 lbs.
