24V NiMH pack for portable DC devices

This 24 volt nickel-metal hydride battery pack delivers 5000 mAh capacity for robots and other 24V DC portable equipment. It uses twenty C-size cells arranged in a 7 by 6 by 7 configuration. The pack weighs 3.7 lb and measures 7 by 2.75 by 2 inches.

Installation uses standard Tamiya plugs

A male standard Tamiya connector on 14 AWG wires handles discharge while a mini Tamiya connector on 16 AWG wires handles charging. A 65 degree thermostat in the charging terminal protects against overcharging. Heavy-duty polyolefin shrink tubing adds mechanical protection during handling.

Verify voltage and current limits before ordering

Your device must operate at 24 volts and draw no more than 10 amps peak or 5 amps continuous. The charger must not exceed 3.3 amps and should ideally run at 1.5 amps. A BEC female plug for the included temperature sensor is required on the charging side.
