SKU CH-5RMG-PHN45

A 3.7 V, 6600 mAh lithium-ion pack of three 18650 cells with built-in protection IC and polyswitch for safe charging and discharging

  • Battery typeBattery Pack
  • 6600 mAh capacity powers devices longer
  • 7 V lithium-ion chemistry stores more energy per gram
  • Built-in 8 A protection IC guards against over-charge and over-discharge
  • 7 A polyswitch limits discharge current and blocks reverse polarity
  • Compact 69 × 54 × 18 mm pack fits tight spaces

6600 mAh 3.7 V lithium-ion pack

This battery pack combines three 18650 cells into a single 6600 mAh module with an integrated protection circuit. It is suited for hobbyists and engineers building custom 3.7 V power sources for bike lights, RC models, robots or portable electronics.

Sustained 7 A discharge with polyswitch limit

Under continuous load the pack delivers up to 7 A, capped by the on-board polyswitch that also guards against reverse polarity. The PCB prevents over-charge above 4.2 V, over-discharge at 8.0 A and short circuits, maintaining stable output during extended runs.

69 × 54 × 18 mm form factor

The wrapped assembly measures 69 mm long, 54 mm wide and 18 mm thick with 18-gauge wire leads, determining whether it fits inside the target enclosure. No other dimensions or mounting features are provided.

Questions about this item

Does the 7 A polyswitch limit heat when the pack runs all day at high load?

The 7 A polyswitch caps discharge current at 7 A, limiting heat build-up during sustained high-drain use.

What connector or charger do I need to charge the 3.7 V 6600 mAh pack?

The pack ships with 18 AWG wire leads; you need a 3.7 V Li-ion charger that terminates at 4.2 V and does not exceed 6.5 A charge current.

Will the 69 mm × 54 mm × 18 mm pack fit the battery bay of my older 18650 device?

The module measures 69 mm long, 54 mm wide and 18 mm thick; compare those dimensions with your device's bay before installing.
