  • CE and RoHS certified to meet recognised safety and environmental standards

Compatible Bosch drill models

This 7.2 Volt NiMH pack replaces the original battery for Bosch GSR 7.2-1 and GSR 7.2-2 cordless drills. It matches the form factor and connector of OEM part numbers 2607335437 and 2607335587. The pack is a direct drop-in for models referencing 2 607 335 437 or 2 607 335 587.

Capacity and chemistry

Rated at 3000 mAh, the nickel-metal hydride cells store substantially more charge than lower-capacity NiCd equivalents. The chemistry eliminates memory effect, so the pack can be recharged at any state without reducing usable runtime. CE and RoHS certification confirms compliance with European safety and substance restrictions.

Runtime and limits

A full charge drives the compatible GSR 7.2 series through typical drilling and screwdriving tasks for extended periods before recharge is needed. Heavy continuous load or cold ambient temperature will reduce available runtime. The pack is not suitable for tools requiring a different voltage or for Bosch models outside the listed GSR 7.2 range.

Questions about this item

How long will the 3000 mAh capacity run my drill before it needs recharging?

The 3000 mAh rating means the pack can deliver three amps for one hour, so actual run-time depends on the load your GSR 7.2 places on it during each job.

What does the 7.2 Volt rating limit in practice?

The 7.2 Volt output matches the original specification for the GSR 7.2 series, so it caps the maximum motor speed and torque to the level the tool was designed for.

Will this pack fit the battery compartment on my Bosch GSR 7.2-2?

Yes, it replaces models 2 607 335 437 and 2 607 335 587, which are the exact packs shipped with the GSR 7.2-1 and GSR 7.2-2 drills.
