Protection IC and polyswitch manage thermals

An installed IC prevents over-charge and over-discharge to preserve chemistry integrity and extend cycle life. A polyswitch cuts power if discharge current exceeds 4.2 A. Maximum continuous discharge is rated at 1.5 A (2.5C) and charging at 600 mA (1C), with a 4.8 V cut-off voltage.

Replaces NiMH packs where weight and runtime matter
