Compact 7.4 V Li-Ion pack for RC builds

This DUSLAN battery pack supplies 5200 mAh at a nominal 7.2 V using four Samsung 18650 cells. An integrated protection IC guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuits, while a 2 A polyswitch adds a hard discharge limit and reverse-polarity protection. The module is PVC-wrapped and terminated with 18 G leads for direct soldering.

Fits tight chassis and frees weight budget

At 76.2 mm long, 18 mm wide and 69 mm high the pack slides into narrow RC airframes, car tubs or robot frames. Its 199 g mass is lighter than equivalent NiMH packs, leaving more payload margin for airframes or improving acceleration on ground vehicles. No separate balance connector is fitted, so the builder must plan charging through the main leads or add a custom tap.

Suits hobbyists who can manage Li-Ion safely

Builders comfortable with 2 A charge and discharge limits and a 5.5 V cut-off will benefit from the high energy density and long storage life. The pack is not suited to applications that demand sustained currents above 2 A, fast-charge rates beyond 2 A, or users without Li-Ion handling knowledge.
