What this charger does

The DUSLAN V868 charges two, four, six or eight AA or AAA Ni-MH and Ni-Cd cells simultaneously in paired slots. It runs from 120V AC mains and uses an IC timer that stops fast charging after 12 hours before switching to trickle charge. LEDs show the charge status for each pair.

Who should use this, who should not

Households and offices that regularly drain AA or AAA devices will appreciate the included 16 AAA 700 mAh NiMH cells and the ability to recharge up to 1000 cycles. Users needing to charge single cells, odd numbers of cells, or lithium-ion chemistries cannot use this charger.

The specification that decides fit

The charger only accepts 120V AC 60Hz input and delivers fixed currents of 200 mA for AA and 80 mA for AAA. If your mains supply differs or you require adjustable rates, this unit will not work.
