The unit plugs into 120 V AC mains and automatically selects the correct current for each cell size.

Timer-controlled charging with trickle fallback

An internal IC timer limits the fast-charge phase to 12 hours before switching automatically to a low-current trickle mode, preventing overcharge during overnight use.
