8-bay charger with 16 AA NiMH batteries

The DUSLAN V868 charges two, four, six or eight AA or AAA NiMH or NiCd cells at once. It ships with sixteen AA batteries rated at 400 mAh each. The unit runs from a 120 V AC 60 Hz supply drawing 9 W.

Capacity and headroom

Each AA slot delivers 2.8 V DC at 200 mA while each AAA slot delivers 2.8 V DC at 80 mA. The included 400 mAh cells suit low-drain devices such as remote controls or clocks. High-drain gear will exhaust them quickly and the eight-bay limit means larger fleets need multiple chargers.

Questions about this item

Will the V868 charge my older Ni-Cd AA cells alongside the new NiMH ones?

Yes, the charger handles both Ni-MH and Ni-Cd chemistries in the same session.

How can I verify the V868 is delivering the correct 200 mA to each AA slot?

Each bay operates independently; a steady LED per slot confirms that the 2.8 V DC 200 mA charge cycle is active.
