12 inch dimmable LED light kit

This 12 inch LED light bar draws 8 watts at 5 volts and connects through a 59 inch power cord. The kit includes the fixture, adhesive tapes and magnetic mounting sheets for screw-free installation.

Check for a USB power source and indoor location

The light requires a USB port or USB wall adapter to operate and is rated for indoor use only. Verify you have a free USB outlet near the intended mounting spot and that the 59 inch cord reaches it without an extension.

Suits renters and DIY accent lighting

Magnetic and tape mounting make it ideal for cabinets, shelves, closets or dorm rooms where drilling is not allowed. Buyers who need water-resistant fixtures, hard-wired lighting or longer continuous runs should look at other products.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the LED002 12 inch light kit?

The kit includes the 12 inch under-cabinet light bar, a 59 inch plug-in AC adapter cord, four double-sided adhesive tapes and four magnetic metal sheets for screw-free mounting.

Which version of this light bar should I choose?

Only the single 12 inch, 8 watt model with a 5 volt plug-in adapter is offered, so there is no alternative length or wattage to select.

How bright is the 8 watt output in a real kitchen or closet?

The high-brightness LEDs deliver 85 percent more light per watt than a fluorescent tube, and the driver is flicker-free for comfortable task lighting over counters or shelves.
