Dwyer 2000-0AV differential pressure gauge white dial black case

Dwyer Instruments Inc.

Dwyer Instruments 2000-0AV Differential Pressure Gauge 0-0.5 Inches WC

SKU CH-T6H0-55224

Measures differential pressure from 0 to 0.5 inches WC with velocity readings of 500 to 2800 FPM and a rated total pressure of -20 inches Hg to 15 PSIG

  • Product typeEnvironmental & Mechanical
  • Measures low differential pressure down to 0.5 inches WC for precise airflow balancing
  • Velocity range 500 to 2800 FPM covers common duct and filter applications
  • Rated to 15 PSIG total pressure for safe operation in pressurised systems
  • Withstands vacuum to -20 inches Hg without damage or calibration shift
  • Environmental and mechanical design suits HVAC, cleanroom and laboratory test setups

Differential Pressure Gauge 0–0.5 Inches WC

The Dwyer Instruments 2000-0AV measures low differential pressure in air and compatible gases. It covers a range of zero to 0.5 inches of water column with minor divisions matching that span. The gauge is rated for total pressures from minus 20 inches Hg up to 15 PSIG.

HVAC technicians balancing low-pressure systems

This instrument suits technicians who need direct-reading velocity and pressure data for ductwork or filter monitoring. The velocity scale runs from 500 to 2800 FPM for quick airflow checks. It is not suited for applications requiring digital output, data logging, or pressure ranges beyond the stated limits.

Pressure range 0–0.5 Inches WC

The single specification that decides fit is the 0–0.5 inches WC pressure range with a 500–2800 FPM velocity scale. If the system operates outside this low-pressure window, a different gauge must be selected.

Questions about this item

What pressure range does the 0-0.5 Inches WC gauge cover and what velocity range does it correspond to?

The gauge measures differential pressure from 0 to 0.5 inches of water column and indicates air velocity from 500 to 2800 feet per minute.

What are the over-pressure limits the gauge housing is rated to withstand?

The housing is rated for total pressure from -20 inches of mercury vacuum up to 15 PSIG positive pressure.

How should the gauge be oriented during installation to avoid reading errors?

Mount the gauge vertically with the pressure connections pointing downward so condensation cannot collect in the sensing chamber.
