Direct Thermal Label Tape

DYMO 10697 is a paper label tape designed for direct thermal printing. Each pack contains two white cassettes. The tape measures .50 inches wide and 13 feet long. It works with Dymo LetraTag personal label makers.

Best for Light-Duty Labelling

Suits home offices, small retail counters or hobbyists who need occasional address, file or price labels. The easy-peel split backing speeds up application. Not for buyers who need waterproof, heat-resistant or outdoor-grade labels. Not for users of non-LetraTag printers.

.50-Inch Width Compatibility

The tape width is .50 inches, matching the print head of LetraTag machines. Using a different width will cause misfeeds or cut-off text. Verify your model accepts this exact width before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the direct-thermal 10697 tape generate heat or noise when the LetraTag runs continuously?

The tape itself is passive paper; all heat and sound come from the printer mechanism, not the media.

Which LetraTag label maker must I already own for these 0.50" rolls to work?

Any Dymo LetraTag personal label maker that accepts 1/2" wide direct-thermal tape.

Will the 13 ft rolls feed correctly in an older LetraTag model I have kept?

Yes, the 10697 tape matches the standard 1/2" width and direct-thermal format used by legacy LetraTag units.
