1/2" Vinyl Labels for DYMO XTL

The DYMO 1868751 roll supplies 24.6 ft of 1/2" white vinyl with permanent adhesive. Thermal-transfer printing produces black text that resists UV, moisture, chemicals, fading and smearing. Compatible with XTL-300 and XTL-500 label makers for wire, panel and asset identification.

Thermal transfer durability

Thermal-transfer print on vinyl withstands heat, solvents and outdoor exposure without ribbon smudges. The permanent adhesive bonds to textured and curved surfaces while the easy-peel liner speeds application. No ink cartridges or toner are required, so ongoing supply cost stays limited to the label roll itself.

Upgrade from paper or polyester tape

Paper labels curl, fade and tear when exposed to humidity, sunlight or cleaning fluids; this vinyl roll eliminates those failures. The jump is worth it whenever labels must survive conduit pulls, control-panel wash-downs or multi-year outdoor service. Not suited for users who need colour coding, removable adhesive or widths other than 1/2".

Questions about this item

How do I load the 15/32" wide vinyl roll into my XTL-300 or XTL-500, and what step is commonly missed?

Open the printer cover, place the roll so the label feeds from the bottom, thread it through the guides, and close the cover firmly until it clicks to engage the drive roller.

When will the permanent adhesive on these vinyl labels need replacement due to environmental exposure?

The vinyl resists UV, moisture, chemicals, and temperature extremes, so the labels stay legible and adhered for years; replace the roll only when the 24.6 ft length is exhausted.

What is the first limitation I will hit during a long print run on an XTL-500?

The roll contains 24.6 ft of media, so the printer will pause when the roll ends and you must load a new 1868751 cartridge to continue.
