1/4 in. NPT Composite Coupler Body

The Dynabrade 94960 is a female NPT quick-connect socket designed for 1/4 inch pipe threads. Its composite construction resists corrosion and reduces weight compared with metal alternatives. The black finish suits industrial and automotive air or fluid lines.

Suits standard 1/4 in. NPT ports only

Installers needing a different thread size, a male plug, or a metal-bodied coupler for higher pressure ratings will need a different fitting. Buyers working with metric or BSP threads should also look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will this 94960 coupler body fit my existing 1/4-inch NPT air hose fittings?

Yes, the 94960 coupler body has a 1/4-inch female NPT thread that matches standard 1/4-inch NPT male hose fittings.

How can I confirm the 94960 is sealing properly after I connect it?

Pressurise the line and check for air leaks at the threads and the quick-connect socket; no hissing means the 94960 is seated and sealing correctly.
