Questions about this item

What does the DS23DAA part number mean for my Vivitek projector?

It identifies this Osram bare lamp as the direct replacement for Vivitek models DS-230, DS-234, DX-251 and DX-255, matching the original part exactly.

How does the bare-lamp format affect installation in a DS-230 unit?

You receive the Osram bulb without a housing, so you must reuse the existing cage from the old lamp when fitting it into the DS-230 or compatible model.
