52 mm Water Temperature Gauge for 12 V Systems
This 52 mm gauge displays coolant temperature from 40 to 120 °C using a clear pointer and white LED backlight. It operates on 12 V DC at a maximum of 0.3 A and includes a 1/8 NPT sensor with a 34 mm joint pipe adapter. The aluminium and stainless steel construction is built for automotive use.
Suited for 12 V Vehicles Needing a 34 mm Adapter
The kit fits most 12 V cars where the water hose internal diameter is close to 34 mm. Builders working with 6 V electrical systems or requiring a different adapter size such as 28 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm or 42 mm should select the matching variant instead.
Fits a Standard 52 mm Gauge Cut-Out
Installation requires a 52 mm dashboard opening and a 12 V power feed for the LED illumination. The supplied 1/8 NPT sensor threads into the cooling system while the 34 mm joint pipe and two clamps connect to the existing hose. No additional sensors or controllers are included in the package.

Questions about this item
What voltage system does the 52 mm water-temperature gauge require?
The gauge operates on a 12 V DC supply and draws a maximum of 0.3 A, so it is designed for standard 12-volt automotive electrical systems.
Which hose size does the included 34 mm joint pipe adapter suit?
The 34 mm adapter fits hoses with an internal diameter close to 34 mm; the supplier notes that 28 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm and 42 mm adapters are also available if a different size is needed.
How can I confirm the gauge is calibrated correctly after installation?
On first power-up the gauge runs an opening ceremony that calibrates the pointer; once that sequence finishes the needle should indicate the actual coolant temperature within the 40–120 °C range.
