DZOFILM

DZOFILM Empty Hard Case for 3x Pictor Zoom Lens

SKU CH-VE1M-MEVM1

A protective hard case with custom foam inserts for three Pictor Zoom cine lenses and accessories

  • Protects three Pictor Zoom Cine Lenses with custom-shaped foam compartments
  • Rugged hard-shell exterior resists scratches and impacts during transport
  • Dense foam interior cushions lenses and accessory compartments securely
  • Organised layout keeps batteries, memory cards and cables in dedicated spaces
  • Professional black finish maintains clean appearance through heavy use

Purpose-built protection

The DZOFILM hard case is engineered to hold three Pictor Zoom cine lenses in custom-shaped foam cutouts. It serves cinematographers and rental houses that need a single, lockable container for a matched lens set. The rigid shell keeps each optic immobilised during transport.

Sustained transit resilience

The dense foam lining absorbs repeated vibration and impact without compressing permanently, so the lenses stay centred after weeks on the road. The hard exterior resists scratches and crushing forces that would damage a soft bag. Latches remain secure through repeated opening cycles.

Environmental sealing and weight

A perimeter gasket blocks dust and moisture from entering the case during outdoor shoots. The shell adds minimal mass to the combined lens weight, keeping the load manageable for a single operator. No power draw or active cooling is involved.

Questions about this item

Does the hard case generate any noise, heat or draw power when left closed all day?

No, it is a passive protective shell with no electronics, fans or power source.

What must I already own for this case to serve its purpose?

You need up to three DZOFILM Pictor Zoom cine lenses; the foam cut-outs are shaped specifically for that series.

Will my older DZOFILM lenses that are not Pictor Zooms fit securely in the same compartments?

The interior foam is custom-moulded for Pictor Zoom lenses only, so other models will not sit securely in the cut-outs.
