Replacement screen for TravelMate 4100

This 15.4 inch WXGA LCD panel is built as a direct replacement for the Acer TravelMate 4100 series. It matches the original 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and glossy surface finish. The active matrix TFT technology delivers the same display characteristics as the factory fitted unit. Installers should verify the exact part number on the removed screen before ordering.

CCFL backlight with 30 pin data cable

The panel uses a single cold cathode fluorescent lamp driven by a two pin backlight connector. A 30 pin data ribbon carries the video signal from the notebook mainboard. Neither the inverter board nor the data cable is supplied in the package so the original cables must be reused. The screen measures 13.1 inches wide by 8.2 inches high and carries an A plus premium grade rating.

WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution decides fit

The 1280 by 800 pixel grid is the single specification that determines whether this panel will work in a given machine. Only models that shipped with this exact WXGA resolution and CCFL backlight are compatible. Buyers whose TravelMate 4100 uses a different resolution or LED backlight will need to source the matching panel instead.
