Replacement screen for Acer Aspire 5738Z

This 15.6-inch CCFL panel is built as a direct replacement for the Acer Aspire 5738Z-424G25MN. It matches the original WXGA resolution of 1366x768 and uses a single-bulb cold-cathode backlight. The part arrives new and fully tested with a three-year guarantee.

Fits 30-pin CCFL socket in compatible laptops

Installation requires a 30-pin CCFL video connector on the motherboard; no conversion cable is included or needed. The screen replaces panels such as LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1 and CLAA156WA01A. It is designed for laptop chassis only and will not operate in desktop monitor housings.

CCFL backlight draws modest power

The single CCFL bulb consumes low power during normal office use, keeping battery impact minimal. A faint high-pitched hum from the inverter circuit is typical for this backlight technology. Surface temperatures stay warm but comfortable during extended sessions.

Questions about this item

Will the single CCFL backlight bulb limit brightness or colour accuracy after long sessions?

The panel uses one CCFL bulb rated for typical laptop brightness; extended use may reduce luminance compared with multi-bulb or LED designs.

How much heat or power does the CCFL inverter add when the screen runs all day?

A single CCFL inverter draws modest power and produces low heat; the 15.6-inch panel stays within normal laptop thermal limits during continuous operation.

Compatible part numbers include LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1, LP156WH1-TLA1, LP156WH1-TLA2, N156B3-L01, N156B3-L02, N156B3-L02 REV.C1, CLAA156WA01A and CLAA156WA01.
