Not for LED-backlit or 40-pin models

Buyers whose laptop requires an LED panel or a 40-pin video cable cannot use this screen. It is also unsuitable for any chassis that does not accept a 15.6-inch CCFL form factor.

Fits 15.6-inch CCFL lid assemblies

Installation requires a compatible 30-pin CCFL socket and inverter inside the laptop lid. The screen frees you from sourcing a separate conversion cable because it is a direct CCFL replacement. Verify the connector and backlight type before ordering.
