15.6-inch CCFL Replacement Panel

This 15.6-inch WXGA LCD panel uses a single-bulb CCFL backlight and a 30-pin CCFL socket. It delivers a 1366 x 768 resolution on a 13.6 by 7.6 inch active area. The part is supplied new and fully tested for laptop screen repairs.

Compatible Part-Number Match

The panel matches part numbers including LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1, N156B3-L01 and CLAA156WA01A among others. It suits technicians restoring a Packard Bell EasyNote TR86-DT-002AC or any listed compatible model. Builders needing an LED backlight or a different pin count should look elsewhere.

Resolution and Connector Limits

The WXGA resolution handles everyday office work and standard-definition video within the 15.6-inch diagonal. The single CCFL bulb and 30-pin interface restrict use to legacy laptop chassis designed for this backlight type; it cannot drive higher resolutions or LED-ready connectors.

Questions about this item

Which laptop models must already accept a 30 pin CCFL socket for this 15.6-inch WXGA panel to work?

The screen fits Packard Bell EasyNote TR86-DT-002AC and matches part numbers LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1, LP156WH1-TLA1, LP156WH1-TLA2, N156B3-L01, N156B3-L02, N156B3-L02 REV.C1, CLAA156WA01A and CLAA156WA01.

Will the existing CCFL inverter in an older laptop drive the 1-bulb backlight on this replacement panel?

Yes, the panel uses a single CCF bulb and a standard 30 pin CCFL socket, so the original inverter and cable connect directly without a conversion cable.

How can I confirm the 1366 x 768 resolution is active after installing the screen?

Boot the laptop, open the display settings in the operating system and verify the native resolution shows 1366 x 768 with no scaling applied.
