15.6-inch WXGA CCFL replacement panel

This 15.6-inch LCD panel delivers a WXGA resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and uses a single CCFL backlight with a 30-pin connector. It is built as a direct replacement for the Acer Aspire 5738ZG and matches part numbers such as LTN156AT01 and LP156WH1-TLC1. The screen is supplied new and fully tested with a Grade A+ rating.

Suitable for owners repairing a CCFL-equipped

This panel fits users who need to restore the original CCFL backlight on a compatible 15.6-inch model. It will not work for laptops that use LED backlighting or a different pin-count connector, so buyers with LED-based screens or 40-pin interfaces should look elsewhere.

Installation requires screen bezel removal

Replacing the panel involves opening the display assembly, disconnecting the 30-pin CCFL cable and the inverter lead, then securing the new unit in the existing brackets. Common issues include damaging the fragile CCFL bulb during handling, misaligning the connector pins, or forgetting to re-seat the inverter cable, which results in no backlight.
