15.6-inch CCFL replacement panel for Packard Bell

This 15.6-inch WideScreen LCD panel uses CCFL backlighting with a single bulb and a native WXGA resolution of 1366 x 768. It connects through a 30-pin CCFL socket and is built specifically for the Packard Bell EasyNote TJ65-DM-122GR laptop model.

Direct-fit panel removes need for converter cables

The screen matches part numbers including LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1, LP156WH1-TLA1, LP156WH1-TLA2, N156B3-L01, N156B3-L02, N156B3-L02 REV.C1, CLAA156WA01A and CLAA156WA01. Because it is a native CCFL unit, no LED conversion cable is required, preserving the original inverter and wiring harness.

Simple swap for experienced installers

Installation follows the standard laptop disassembly routine: remove the bezel, disconnect the old 30-pin cable, fit the new panel and reassemble. The fragile CCFL bulb and inverter cable are the main risk points; mishandling either can cause flicker or no backlight. Not suitable for LED-backlit models or any screen size other than 15.6-inch.

Questions about this item

How often will the single CCFL backlight bulb need replacement under normal use?

The display uses a single CCFL backlight bulb rated for typical laptop panel lifespans; gradual dimming over several years is the usual sign it needs service.

What limits continuous operation before the panel throttles or shuts down?

The 1366 x 768 resolution and 30-pin CCFL interface set the electrical and thermal ceiling during sustained all-day use.

How much heat and fan noise does the CCFL inverter add when the screen runs all day?

The CCFL inverter generates modest warmth and a faint high-frequency hum, both typical for 15.6-inch single-lamp panels in constant operation.
