15.6-inch WXGA CCFL replacement panel

This 15.6-inch WXGA LCD panel is built for the Acer Aspire AS5735-644G50 laptop. It matches the original 1366 x 768 resolution and CCFL backlight used in that model. The screen is new and fully tested for immediate installation.

30-pin CCFL video connector

The single specification that determines fit is the 30-pin CCFL socket on the panel. Your laptop must use a CCFL backlight with this exact pin layout; an LED panel or a different pin count will not work. Verify the connector on your original screen before ordering.

Straightforward swap for experienced installers

Installation requires opening the display bezel, disconnecting the inverter and video cable, then fitting the new panel. The most common issue is damaging the fragile CCFL bulb or inverter cable during removal. Take care routing the cable through the hinge area to avoid pinching.

Questions about this item

How does the 1366 x 768 resolution look on a 15.6-inch panel?

The WXGA resolution spreads across the 15.6-inch diagonal, giving a pixel density suited to basic office work and video playback on this screen size.

What does the 30-pin CCFL connector mean for installation?

The screen uses a 30-pin CCFL socket, so it requires a matching CCFL inverter and cable; it will not plug into LED-only harnesses.

Will the 15.6-inch dimensions fit the Acer Aspire AS5735-644G50 lid?

Yes, the panel measures 13.6 by 7.6 inches and is listed as compatible with the AS5735-644G50 chassis and the listed part numbers.
