Replacement LCD for Acer Aspire 5532

This 15.6-inch WXGA+ panel is a direct replacement screen for the Acer Aspire 5532-1BR956 laptop. It matches the original 1366x768 resolution and 30-pin CCFL connector. The unit is new and fully tested with a working guarantee. It restores display function for that specific model.

Resolution and backlight limits

The 1366x768 resolution handles everyday office work and video playback at native clarity. The single CCFL backlight provides adequate brightness for indoor use but cannot reach the contrast or efficiency of LED panels. Colour gamut and response time suit general tasks, not colour-critical editing or fast gaming. It runs out of headroom in very bright environments.

30-pin CCFL connector compatibility

The 30-pin CCFL socket is the single specification that decides fitment. This screen only works in laptops wired for CCFL backlighting with that exact pinout. It will not connect to LED-equipped models or any system using a different connector. Verify the part number against LTN156AT01 or the listed compatibles before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will this 15.6-inch 1366x768 CCFL panel fit the original lid and 30-pin cable of my Acer Aspire 5532-1BR956?

Yes — the screen matches the 15.6-inch WXGA+ dimensions, 1366x768 resolution and 30-pin CCFL connector used by the Aspire 5532-1BR956, and it cross-references part numbers LTN156AT01, LP156WH1-TLC1, LP156WH1-TLA1, LP156WH1-TLA2, N156B3-L01, N156B3-L02, N156B3-L02 REV.C1, CLAA156WA01A and CLAA156WA01.

How can I confirm the backlight and image are working correctly after I install the screen?

Power on the laptop; the CCFL backlight should illuminate evenly across the 15.6-inch panel with no flicker, and the Windows desktop should appear at the native 1366x768 resolution without dead pixels or colour distortion.

Does the package include only the LCD panel or does it also come with the inverter, bezel or mounting brackets?

The shipment contains the 15.6-inch CCFL LCD panel with its 30-pin connector; the inverter, bezel, hinges and mounting brackets are not included and must be reused from the original assembly or sourced separately.
