Replacement LCD for Acer 5335-2553

This 15.6-inch CCFL panel matches the original WXGA+ resolution of 1366 x 768 and uses a 30-pin connector. It is built for the Acer Aspire 5335-2553 and compatible part numbers including LTN156AT01 and LP156WH1-TLC1. The screen is new, fully tested and carries a three-year guarantee.

CCFL backlight and single-bulb design

The unit uses a CCF backlight with one bulb rather than an LED conversion kit, preserving the factory brightness curve and colour balance. No adapter cable is required because the native 30-pin CCFL socket fits directly. This avoids the flicker and colour-shift issues that cheap LED retrofit kits often introduce.

15.6-inch WXGA+ workspace

The 1366 x 768 pixel grid handles everyday office documents, web browsing and standard-definition video without scaling. It does not support Full HD content natively, so 1080p sources are downscaled. Buyers needing higher pixel density or a wider colour gamut should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the single CCFL backlight bulb need replacement during normal use?

The panel uses one CCFL bulb rated for typical laptop panel lifespans; replacement is only needed if brightness degrades or the bulb fails after extended service.

What limits continuous operation of this 1366 x 768 panel first?

The CCFL backlight and its inverter are the primary thermal and aging limits during sustained all-day use.

How much heat and noise does the 30-pin CCFL screen produce when running all day?

The screen itself is silent; heat comes from the CCFL bulb and inverter, which run warm but stay within normal laptop thermal envelopes.
