16" WXGA replacement panel

The E-buy 6530 Series LCD is a 16.0 inch display with a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It uses a single CCFL backlight and a matte anti-glare surface. The unit is supplied new and tested to grade A+ standard for direct panel replacement.

30-pin connector and chassis fit

Installation requires a 30 pin data connector on the host device; other pin counts such as 14, 20, 40, 50 or 60 will not mate. The screen has no touchscreen layer, so the existing bezel and hinge assembly must accommodate a non-touch panel. Matching the physical dimensions and connector position to the original part is essential before ordering.

CCFL brightness stability

Under sustained operation the single CCFL lamp maintains consistent illumination without the rapid dimming sometimes seen in short bursts. The matte finish diffuses reflections evenly across long work sessions. Buyers who need an LED backlight or a higher resolution panel should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What backlight limits sustained brightness on this 16.0" CCFL panel?

The single CCFL backlight sets the maximum brightness ceiling and will dim gradually over long sessions compared with LED alternatives.

How much heat and power does the 30-pin CCFL screen add during all-day use?

One CCFL tube draws more power and runs warmer than an LED backlight, so the laptop’s inverter and cooling must handle the extra load continuously.

Which existing laptop parts must match this 1366 x 768 30-pin display?

Your current screen must share the 16.0" size, 1366 x 768 resolution, 30-pin connector, and CCFL backlight type for a direct swap.
