Questions about this item

Does the 40-pin connector on this 8.9 inch panel require a separate inverter cable?

The listing states the inverter and data cable are not included, so you will need to reuse the cables from the original screen or source compatible ones separately.

What resolution ceiling does the 1366 by 768 WXGA panel hit when driven continuously?

The panel is fixed at 1366 by 768 pixels; it cannot scale higher, so that native resolution is the hard limit under any sustained workload.

How much heat does the LED backlight produce during all-day operation?

The LED backlight runs on a low-voltage diode lamp, which generates minimal heat compared with older CCFL designs, keeping the 8.9 inch surface cool during extended use.
