17-inch WXGA+ CCFL Replacement Screen

This 17.1-inch LCD panel replaces a damaged or dim CCFL-backlit display in compatible laptops. It delivers a 1440 by 900 WXGA+ resolution through a 30-pin connector and ships brand new with a two-year warranty. The finish may be matte or glossy depending on stock availability.

For owners matching the exact connector

Buyers must verify their current screen uses a single CCFL backlight, a 30-pin data connector, and the precise 1440 by 900 resolution before ordering. Laptops with LED backlights, different pin counts such as 20-pin or 40-pin, or other native resolutions will not be compatible with this part.

Handles direct CCFL panel swaps

The panel comfortably restores the original 17-inch WXGA+ image quality when the laptop chassis, inverter cable, and mounting points match the original specifications. It runs out of compatibility if the device requires an LED backlight, a different connector pin layout, or a resolution other than 1440 by 900.

Questions about this item

Does my laptop need a 30-pin connector for this 17-inch WXGA+ panel?

Yes, this replacement screen uses a 30-pin data connector; verify your original panel has the same pin count and connector position before ordering.

Will this CCFL-backlit screen work if my original panel used LED backlighting?

No, the backlight type must match — this unit uses a single CCFL lamp with an inverter cable, so it is not compatible with LED-backlit laptops.

How can I confirm the 1440 by 900 resolution is running correctly after installation?

Check your display settings to ensure the native 1440 x 900 resolution is selected and that text appears sharp without scaling artefacts.
