Industrial hardened PoE++ media converter
The e-link unit combines a Gigabit Ethernet port with an SFP slot in a single aluminium enclosure rated for -40 °C to 75 °C. It delivers up to 60 W of PoE++ power to connected devices while converting copper to fibre. The converter is built for outdoor cabinets, traffic controllers and factory floors where commercial gear cannot survive.
Dual-rate SFP with flexible DC input
The SFP port auto-senses 100 Mbps or 1.25 Gbps modules, so the same hardware works with legacy 100Base-FX links or modern Gigabit fibre. A wide 12 V to 48 V DC range lets you tap existing bus power, while PoE++ output requires a 48 V to 57 V source. Both 35 mm DIN-rail clips and wall-mount brackets are included for rack or panel installation.
Upgrades non-hardened or low-power converters
Installers replacing indoor-only media converters gain the extended temperature range and 60 W PoE budget needed for PTZ cameras or wireless APs. Sites running 15 W PoE+ injectors can step up to 802.3bt Class 6 without adding midspan hardware. The jump is worth it when fibre distance, harsh climate or high-power endpoints exceed the limits of standard commercial converters.

Questions about this item
What PoE standard does the 60 W output follow, and what input voltage is required for full power?
The converter complies with 802.3at/bt and needs a 48–57 V DC supply to deliver up to 60 W PoE++.
Which mounting hardware is included for the aluminum housing?
A 35 mm DIN-rail clip and wall-mount brackets are supplied in the box.
How is the SFP port configured for 100 M or 1 G fiber links?
The SFP slot auto-senses 155 Mbps or 1.25 G modules, so either speed works without manual setup.
