Mechanical counter with five digits, clockwise rotation and 13 counts per second
The Eaton 5-D-7-1-R-CL is a five-digit mechanical counter driven by a rotary shaft. It registers up to 13 counts per second and reaches 800 counts per minute at a 1:1 ratio. The display shows black digits on a white background. A wing-nut reset clears the tally quickly.
This unit fits applications that need a simple clockwise rotary input with base mounting. It is not for processes requiring electronic output, bidirectional counting or automatic reset cycles. Builders needing a higher count speed or a different shaft orientation should look elsewhere.
The counter only advances when the shaft turns clockwise. If the driven equipment rotates the opposite way or uses a non-rotary signal, the device will not register. Confirm the shaft direction before ordering.

The counter measures 3.8 in wide, 1.72 in high and 1.62 in deep with a base-mount design, so you can align it beside an existing panel cut-out of similar footprint.
Rotate the shaft clockwise at a steady rate; the black digits on white background should advance smoothly up to 13 counts per second, confirming the 5-digit mechanism is operating as specified.
The wing-nut reset is built into the unit, so no separate reset hardware is required for installation.
